Nice location , good food, good amenities and courteous staff makes this a good place to drop in. Food is expensive,though. A disappointment was the filled water bottle in the room. Bottled water needs to be ordered extra,if required.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The rooms were poorly maintained, with unclean bathrooms and a foul smell. The staff was unresponsive and unprofessional, taking forever to address basic requests. The food quality was subpar, and the overall hygiene left much to be desired. Definitely not worth the price! i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

The check in was smooth and hassle free room was clean and tidy dinner i had from the restaurant on ground floor food was also tasty and had enough quantity

The room's cleanliness was ok and food is also nice. And the outer ambience of the hotel is also good. And staying was comfortable. But the main thing they have to maintain the bathroom. But the bathroom was very bad they do not maintain the bathroom neat and tidy. We cant use that bathroom for just even taking a bath. Bathroom wall and floor is full of dirt and we can't even enter that bathroom on our barefoot. This is my genuine opinion. Thanku. No i don't have

The ac conditioning was good, the bed was comfortable aswell. But the baathroom was not as expected, i have stayed in many hotels and every bathroom was pretty clean, it maybe becuz it's an old hotel but the tiles had dirt in between and i personally dint take a shower cu z i felt uncomfortable. If the bathroom was also upto the room and other facilities it wud have been excellent

The room was acceptable, but the washroom resembled that of a low-budget lodge. The front desk staff was courteous and friendly. However, the standout was the dining staff member who took phone orders - his attitude made guests feel like they were inconveniencing him. With just one staff member behaving in such a manner, the entire reputation of the hotel could be compromised.
